Account basics

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Creō.
• Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Creator content

You retain ownership of your content. By posting to Creō, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute that content so we can operate the platform, including federation when enabled.

• Respect intellectual property rights and attribution.
• Ensure you have the rights to upload the content you publish.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• No illegal content, malware, or attempts to exploit the platform.
• Respect community guidelines and collaborative spaces.

Payments & subscriptions

Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled. You can change or cancel your plan in your account settings. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and plan terms.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or pose risk to the community.

Disclaimers

Creō is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the platform reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creō is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
